Creative fundraising ideas
There are many ways to do grassroots fundraising for this film. From hosting a big community event to a smaller private party at someones house. From a wine and cheese cocktail hour to a fancy sit down dinner.
The concept is to generate funds by having guests bring a donation in lieu of spending money on a dinner out — they get great food, great company, learn something new, support a good cause –and get a tax deduction! I call that a win/win!
We will help you brainstorm the event and help design the invitations, and figure out how to publicize. Use these parties as a way to raise funds, have fun, network, and educate your guests about homeopathy.
The way you use your event to raise money is up to you. Here are some of our ideas.
If you like to host dinner parties, this is a great way to go.

You can decide to celebrate local farmers, ranchers, bee keepers, dairies, and wineries (from the slow food movement). It can be inside, or outside.
How many people you have is up to you. It can be for 10-50 people. People get a fancy meal, great company, and it is all tax deductible!

Engage your Community
Your event can also be held in conjunction with a local restaurant, caterer or personal chef that may be interested in providing a donation of their goods and services.
Consider approaching your community organizations about participating in, or hosting a dinner party event. These organizations may also have resources available to assist with your fundraising event.
BE CREATIVE! THINK BIG! AND REMEMBER, EVERY LITTLE BIT HELPS!
